Hey, I'm Aidan.

I'm doing this with you.

I'll be honest. Lately I've lost my focus. I always want to do something, and then I don't put the action behind it. I'm sick and tired of that, so I'm starting this, out in the open. Here are my 66 days. Steal the format. Yours can be anything.

  1. 1
Focus. Get my focus back. I've been anxious, picking up my phone and checking things for no reason. Every day: my phone locked down to only what I need.
  2. 2
Money. Grow my AI business to $5,000 a month by the end of the year. Every day: do the work, and help people learn while I do it.
  3. 3
YouTube. Get monetized before the end of the year. I've been trying for 10 to 12 years and never fully committed. Every day: a long-form video.

Plus, every day: review my goals.

I'll post my numbers in the community every week, good or bad.

Why 66 days? It's how long a habit takes to run on autopilot.

Researchers at University College London followed 96 people building one new daily habit, like a walk after dinner or fruit with lunch. Every day they rated how automatic it felt.

Day 66: autopilotDay 16690

It climbs fast at the start, then levels off. The typical person hit 95% of full autopilot on Day 66. Some got there in 18 days, some took 254, and hard habits took longer than easy ones. Missing one day didn't wreck it.

So 66 days is long enough to actually change you, and short enough to see the finish line. Start today and it ends on New Year's Day.

Break your goal down.

Where are you now, and where do you want to be on Day 66? Here's what it takes every day and every week, plus checkpoints so you know if you're on pace.

Day 224,467 followers
Day 447,233 followers
Day 6610,000 followers

If you post once a day, each post needs to bring about 126 new followers. Post twice a day and it's 63 each.

Daily non-negotiable that fits: post one piece of content, every day, no excuses.

Your lock in

Write your goals down.

Up to 3, each with the one small thing you'll do every day. They show up in your check-ins, your breathing and your vision board.

Saves as you type, on this phone only. Use the calculator to turn a goal into numbers.

Look at them 3 times a day.

Morning, midday, night. Read your goals, breathe for a minute or few, then go do the next thing. Set your times and put the reminders in your calendar so your phone nudges you.

Put the 3 reminders in my calendar

Adds three daily alerts at your times, every day until January 1, with your goals in each one. Change a time above, then tap again.

Breathe. See it done.

Pick 1 to 5 minutes. Breathe in for 4, out for 6 (the same pace as the Lock In app) while your goals and your vision board photos come up one by one. Finishing counts as a check-in.

Your vision board.

Add photos of what you're working toward. Tap one to give it a caption, or play the whole board full screen.

Your photos stay on this phone. Nothing is uploaded. 0/30

Oct 28 to Jan 1

  1. Pick up to 3 goals and give each one small thing you do every day. Small enough to do on your worst day.
  2. Tick one box a day, on the calendar above or the printable tracker in the guide. Miss a day? Fine. Never miss twice.
  3. Post your goals in the community on Day 1, then your numbers every week (here's how). People who know you're watching show up more.
  4. Come to the call, Mondays at 8 PM Toronto time. Thirty minutes, camera optional.

Say it out loud.

Write your goals. You get the free guide (66-day tracker, phone lock-down setup, weekly check-ins), the community link and the call details.

What are you locking in on? Up to 3 goals.

How to join the community and post your goals

The group lives on Skool, a free community app. It takes about two minutes.

  1. Open the group. Tap the button below. It opens Elevated Agent with Aidan Holt on Skool, right on the Project 66 section.
  2. Tap “Join group”. It's free. Sign up with your email or Google if you don't have a Skool account yet. I approve new members by hand, usually the same day.
  3. Open the pinned post “Welcome to Project 66” and reply with your goals: up to 3, and the one thing you'll do every day for each. That's your Day 1.
  4. Every week, post your numbers in the Project 66 section. Wins, misses, next week.
  5. Come to the call, Mondays at 8 PM Toronto time. It's on the group's Calendar tab. Join from your computer or the Skool app on your phone.

The Lock In app.

Your phone is the hardest part of locking in. So I'm building an app for it: pick the apps you need for work, lock everything else, and when you reach for Instagram it shows you your own reason first.

Questions

Is it free?

Yes. The guide, the goal calculator, the check-ins, the breathing timer, the vision board, the community and the weekly call are all free.

Where are my goals and photos saved?

On your phone, in this browser. Nothing is uploaded, so open the page on the same phone and browser each time. Clearing your browser data wipes them.

Can I join late?

Yes. Your 66 days start the day you start. The group's first round finishes on January 1, and you just keep going past it. The tracker in the guide works from any start date.

Why up to 3 goals and not 10?

Ten goals is zero goals. Most people do best with one, three is the limit. Give each goal one small thing you do every day.

What if I miss a day?

Keep going. In the study the 66 comes from, missing one day didn't wreck the habit. Missing a week does. The rule here: never miss twice.

What happens on the weekly call?

Mondays at 8 PM Toronto time, on Skool. Thirty minutes: what you hit, what you missed, what you'll do this week. Camera optional.

What's the Lock In app?

An iPhone app I'm building that locks your phone down to the apps you need while you work. It's in testing now. Tick the box when you join and you'll hear first.

See you on Day 66.
